Very nice! Are you referring to Gordon Selfridge of the United States who founded the store on Oxford Street in London? I used to ride the double decker bus from Camden Town to Stockwell Station and it was quite the experience. It was even better during World Cup with all the people crowding the Portuguese section of London ;) We used to sit on the top portion of the bus with our feet in the window and even experienced a bomb scare in Belsize Park on the way home - it was quite a scare ;)
I was actually referring to the department store itself on the picture you posted. I am not so sure if Mr. Selfridge has remained as well in such good shape.
